Refund and Returns Policy
Our commitment to fair refunds.
At TIMSA TOURISM, we are committed to providing the highest level of service. Given the bespoke nature of our luxury services, our cancellation and refund conditions are as follows. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
General Refund Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or formal letter).
- No refunds will be provided after the service has commenced (i.e., the yacht has been made available to the client, or the property contract has been signed).
- Administrative fees, visa charges, or special permit fees deducted by third-party service providers are non-refundable.
Luxury Yacht Charter Cancellation Terms
Refunds for yacht charter fees are contingent upon the date of the cancellation notification:
- 90 days or more before the Charter Date: 75% of the total charter fee is refunded. 25% is retained as an administrative and booking fee.
- 60 to 89 days before the Charter Date: 50% of the total charter fee is refunded.
- Less than 59 days before the Charter Date: No refund will be issued. The client is liable for the full reservation amount.
Real Estate Refund/Cancellation Terms
Real estate transactions are governed by UAE laws and the terms of the specific sales agreement. Refund of any upfront payment (reservation fee or deposit) is strictly processed according to the specific cancellation clauses within the contract with the developer or seller.
Refund conditions vary significantly based on the sales contract, and most initial deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Please note that this period may be extended depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card provider.
